Natalie Giocondo, MS, RYT-500
Founder, Red Bird Yoga

Natalie is a dedicated yoga instructor and mental health advocate whose teachings reside at the intersection of Eastern philosophy and Western psychology. A yoga practitioner for over 18 years, Natalie has been sharing her passion through teaching since 2018 and holds her 500-hour RYT certification through Yoga Alliance. Her academic background includes a Master's degree in Psychology and current studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, fueling her deep appreciation for the powerful connection between mind, body, and breath.


Inspired by the cardinal—North Carolina’s vibrant state bird and a meaningful personal symbol—Natalie founded Red Bird Yoga as a nurturing space dedicated to mental wellness and mindful movement. Her classes blend evidence-based psychological insights with timeless yogic wisdom, empowering students to cultivate emotional balance, resilience, and holistic well-being.

Through thoughtfully guided breathwork, meditation, and yoga practices, Natalie warmly invites each individual to explore how the mind influences the breath and how the breath, in turn, shapes the mind. Her compassionate teaching style creates a welcoming environment where personal growth, healing, and transformation can gracefully unfold.
